Answer: 30% of your T/T is received as a deposit to arrange production. It will be delivered within 20 days and the 70% balance will be settled before delivery. The specific delivery plan can be customized according to your needs.

A: We have a shipping department and a freight forwarder, so we can guarantee faster delivery and keep the goods well protected. The specific freight plan can also be customized according to your needs.

Question 7: Does your factory have standards for quality control?

Answer: We have professional and strict QC to follow up on each order and supervise every process from production to packaging. Defective products will be scrapped in the next production process. Each order will be strictly inspected by the QC department before shipment.

Answer: Our prices are based on product manufacturing costs and fair market prices. If the purchase volume is large, we can provide bulk discounts. And ensure to provide you with competitive prices.

A: We can provide you with sample pieces to test and check the quality. Samples are free, but shipping costs are at your cost.

A: We support customized products. Our factory has a professional R&D team to design customized products. If the product you want is not in our catalog, please contact us and provide a physical sample or sample data. We will calculate the cost and unit price of the mold based on the sample data. If everything reaches a mutual agreement, we will custom-produce the measuring tape for you.
